Fuse/type E combination motor controller
A fuse/Type-E combination motor controller can be used to protect the system. Integral solid state short circuit protection
does not provide branch circuit protection. Branch circuit protection must be provided in accordance with the National
Electrical Code and any additional local codes. Refer to the following table for the selection of fuses and type E motor
controllers:
