4.2 Setup via Smart Access Module
Procedure
1. Inset the Smart Access Module (SAM) into your SINAMICS G120X and turn
the device on.
Follow these steps to set up the drive with the SAM:
2. Access pages for the drive by following the instructions for the drive quick
setup.

3. Select "Setup".

4. Then select "Quick Setup".
It is recommended to carry out commissioning after a reset to factory settings.
To do so, select "New configuration".
