Handling Precautions
WARNING: This product can only function properly and safely if it is correctly
transported, stored, installed, set up, operated, and maintained.
WARNING: To prevent damage, all LC300 units with a rod longer than 2 m (6.5 ft)
must be handled as described below.
When lifting LC300 from a horizontal position, support it at these three points:
Towards the end of the
rod
Midway along
the rod
At the process
connection or flange
Once vertical, LC300 may
be held by the process
connection or flange:
Note: Unit shown is LC300 Threaded
Rod Version. Handling precautions
apply to all LC300 units with rods
longer than 2 m (6.5 ft).
