6.8 Troubleshooting
If certain errors occur, the background lighting of the operating panel and the fault display (symbol +
code) illuminate, and an acoustic signal sounds.
If the error is still pending (is not reset automatically), acknowledge by removing / inserting the battery.

► Charge battery, replace if neces-
sary.
Symbols&ashing ● Battery temperature too low. ► At a higher battery temperature
it recovers by itself. Work possible.
Max. strap tension is not reached.

● Timeout of the welding process.
Welding mechanism jammed.
● An attempt was made to weld
a strap that had already been
welded.
► Remove strapping and, if present,
foreign bodies in the tool.
► Multiple welds are not permitted.
E57 orange display +

Tension force display

● Strap slipped or broken. ► Reinsert strap.
► Check: Tension force, dirty strap,
right strap and state of tension
