9.1 Cleaning the accessories
1) Remove the frying insert 5 from the frying pot 7.
2) Remove coarse food residues.
3) Rinse the frying pot 7 and the frying insert 5 in warm water with a
mild detergent and then rinse with fresh water.
4) Use a non-scouring sponge and a mild washing-up liquid to remove
stubborn dirt residues. Rinse off with fresh water afterwards to re-
move any detergent residue.
5) Dry all parts well before assembly.
Note:
The frying pot 7 and frying insert 5 are dishwasher safe.
After drying, there may still be moisture in cavities. Allow the
accessories to dry completely in the air.
6) Replace the frying insert 5 in the frying pot 7.
9.2 Cleaning the housing
1) Clean the appliance with a moist cloth. If required, use a mild
washing-up liquid on the cloth. Afterwards, wipe it off with a cloth
moistened only with water. Make sure that no liquid gets into the
appliance's ventilation slits 0!
2) Then dry off with a tea towel.
9.3 Cleaning the interior
1) Clean the interior with a soft sponge moistened with just a little water
and a few drops of mild detergent.
2) Wipe several times with a damp microfibre cloth. Rinse it regularly in
water and wring it out.
3) Dry the interior well with a tea towel.
4) If the heating elements inside the housing q are dirty, use a dish-
washing brush and carefully remove the food residues.
