Guarantee
The guarantee for the digital satellite receiver is in conformity with the
prevailing statutory regulations at the time of purchasing the product.
In a guarantee case, please contact the Service Hotline. You will then receive
the exact guidance how you can send the device back to us. It will then be
repaired and returned to you. The term of guarantee is 3 years.
Modifications to the device will nullify the manufacturer’s guarantee
obligation. A crash of the system software is not considered a malfunction and
no guarantee will apply.
