Switch the receiver in the Standby mode and then change over to the
operating mode
About the menu of the receiver
There is no guarantee that all devices of the Mass Storage Device class are
supported. External hard discs receive their operating voltage through the
USB connector. The receiver delivers the specified power as demanded by
the USB specification.
However, when these external hard discs start-up, their power requirement
can be so high that they may not be recognised. An external power pack is
then required for these hard discs.
Connecting to PC/Notebook
Moreover, it is possible to connect to a PC through a USB adapter cable Mini-
B-connector on
Normal-A-connector (not included in the scope of supply).
Always follow the operating manual of the external device.
The receiver is recognised as a data exchange storage. The receiver
starts anew after removing the USB connector.
Please also follow the operating manual of your PC or Notebook.
Recording of the receiver on a PC or Notebook can be played back
for example by using the VLC Media Player (Freeware).
