Package contents
Check that the package contents are complete
and that the appliance is in perfect condition
immediately after unpacking.

Note
► Check the package for completeness and signs
of visible damage. If the delivery is incomplete
or damage has occurred as a result of defec-
tive packaging or during transport, contact the
customer service hotline (see Service section).
► Remove all packaging material and protective
film from the appliance and all accessories.
Use
Inserting/replacing the
batteries
1) Remove the battery compartment cover on
the back of the remote control 6.
2) Insert two AAA batteries
8 into the battery
compartment or replace the empty batteries
with new ones. Only use batteries 8 of the
specified type (see section Technical data).
Pay attention to the correct polarity. This is
indicated in the battery compartment.
3) Replace the battery compartment cover on
the remote control
6.
Note
► Remove the batteries
8 from the remote
control 6 if you will not be using it for a
longer period of time.
Attaching the side brushes
♦ Fit the side brushes 9 according to their
labelling L (left) and R (right) in the holders
a/j on the left and right on the underside
of the appliance.
♦ Press the side brushes
9 firmly into the
holders a/j.
Switching the appliance
on/off and standby mode
(without app)
1) Press the On/Off button 1 on the
appliance for approx. 3 seconds to switch
it to standby mode. A beep sounds and the
On/Off button 1 on the appliance
flashes blue.
2) Briefly press the On/Off button
1 on
the appliance or the Start/Pause button
on the remote control 6 to start the clean-
ing mode Auto. A beep sounds, the On/Off
button 1 and the Home button w
light up blue.
3) Briefly press the Start/Pause button
on
the remote control 6 to switch the appli-
ance back to standby mode before switching
it off.
4) Press the On/Off button
1 on the
appliance again for approx. 5 seconds if
you want to switch it off completely. A long
beep sounds and the On/Off button 1
goes out.
Note
► After switching on by pressing the On/Off
button
1, the appliance operates in
cleaning mode Auto by default.
► Do not switch off the appliance after the
cleaning process has finished. Leave it in the
charging station 2 so that it is charged for
the next cleaning process.
