Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The appliance cannot be
switched on.
The battery is fully dis-
charged.
Place the appliance on the charging
station
2 so that the charging
contacts s/h of the appliance and
charging contacts 3 of the charging
station 2 are touching.
The battery is defective. Replace the battery with a new one
(see section Replacing the battery).
The appliance cannot be
charged.
The appliance is not fully
connected to the charging
contacts
3 of the charging
station 2.
Ensure that the charging contacts
s/h of the appliance and the
charging contacts
3 of the charging
station 2 are in full contact.
The charging station
2 is
switched off and the appli-
ance is switched on, which
consumes power.
Leave the appliance in the charging
station so that it is sufficiently charged
for the next cleaning process. There-
fore, do not switch off the charging
station
2.
The appliance gets stuck
during cleaning.
The appliance is obstructed
by cables, curtains or
carpets lying on the floor.
The appliance automatically searches
for various possible solutions to avoid
obstacles. If this is not possible, clear
obstacles out of the way or move the
appliance.
The appliance returns to
the charging station
2
to recharge before the
cleaning process is
complete.
The battery is low, and the
appliance therefore automat-
ically returns to the charging
station
2 to charge.
Charge the appliance.
The operating times of
the appliance may vary
depending on the complexity
of the room, the level of dirt,
the floor condition and the
selected suction mode.
Charge the appliance, and allow it
to continue the cleaning process as
soon as it is charged.
The appliance does not
clean.
The appliance is not
switched on.
Switch on the appliance.
The battery is not sufficiently
charged.
Charge the appliance.
The appliance is blocked. Switch off the appliance, and clean
the dust container
z and the rotary
brush
