Problem Cause Solution
The remote control

does not work (the effective
control range is 5 m).
The batteries 8 of the

Replace the batteries

The appliance is not
switched on, or the battery is
not sufficiently charged.
Make sure that the appliance is
switched on and sufficiently charged.
The infrared transmitter of the
remote control
6 or infrared
receiver r of the appliance
are dirty and unable to send
or receive signals.
Clean the infrared transmitter of the
remote control 6 and the infrared
receiver r of the appliance with a
cotton cloth.
There is signal interference in
the vicinity of the appliance
that produces infrared
radiation.
Avoid using the remote control
6 in
the vicinity of other infrared devices.
