Update procedure | Software upgrade instructions
Download software for the active MFD
1 Select “Download”
The Software will begin to download to the media card inserted into the MFD. Progress can
be viewed on the transfers Screen. HOME>Files>Transfers.
2 Select Restart to begin the installation process
3 The display will reboot and the software update will install. A progress bar will be displayed.
DO NOT TURN OFF THE MFD OR REMOVE THE MEDIA CARD AT THIS TIME
¼ Note: There could also be other progress messages appear on screen.

Do not trun o during update, as
this may damage your device
4 After the software has updated, the system will prompt you to delete the downloaded file
