• Touch , to return to the previous screen.
• Lower the Embroidery foot and resume sewing.
PREPARING TO SEW THE COMBINATION DESIGN
1. Place the fabric in the embroidery hoop, and then place the hoop onto the
embroidery unit.
2. Touch the Pictogram, to finish combining designs and prepare to
sew.
3. To view the entire design layout, touch the Pictogram.
4. To review the order of the color changes, touch the Pictogram.
5. Thread the left spool pin of the Auto Thread Exchanger
™
with color #1
[light yellow], making sure the spool turns in a “clockwise” direction.
Touch the Key for Automatic Threading of the needle.
6. “Stage” the right spool pin of the Auto Thread Exchanger
™
with color #2
[gold].
7. Touch the Pictogram, to engage the Auto Thread Exchanger
™
.
8. After color #1 is finished, the Auto Thread Exchanger
™
will rewind color
#1, automatically thread color #2 and begin to sew.
9. While color #2 is sewing, remove color #1 and replace it with color #3
[green]. Stage the green thread.
10. Touch the Pictogram, to engage the Auto Thread Exchanger
™
.
11. After color #2 is finished, the Auto Thread Exchanger
™
will rewind color
#2, automatically thread color #3 and begin to sew.
Note: Continue changing thread colors for each segment of the design and
touching the Spool Direction Pictograms until the pattern is completed.
