• Method 2: Press and hold the emergency
lowering knob (see the figure below for the
location), and turn it counterclockwise to pop it
out, the jib boom should descend fully. To
release the emergency lowering: press and hold
the emergency lowering knob, and turn it
clockwise to lock it.

1. Preparation
UNSAFE OPERATION HAZARD
• Corden off the area before testing.
• Before testing, Position the
machine on a level, firm surface
clear of obstructions.
• Perform the test from the ground
using the platform controls.
• If the drive brake sounds
abnormally, immediately stop
operating the machine.
2. Testing
Stowed position
1. Draw a line on the ground as a reference.
2. Start the machine.
3. Push the drive function button, then press and hold
the enable button on the joystick and slowly deflect
the joystick to full stroke.
