TROUBLESHOOTING AND SCHEMATICS

Check whether the pothole guard switch has
damaged or broken harness;
Check whether the pothole guard switch is faulty;
Check whether the pothole board can be retracted
and deployed normally.

Pressure Sensor 1
Fault
Disable All Motion
Pressure sensor has open circuited harness or is
damaged:
Check whether the pressure sensor has damaged
or broken harness;
Check if the current value of pressure sensor is
changing normally.

Angle Sensor Fault
Disable All Motion
Angle sensor has open circuited harness or is
damaged:
Check whether the angle sensor has damaged or
broken harness;
Check if the current value of angle sensor is
changing normally.

Pressure Sensor 2
Fault
Disable All Motion
Pressure sensor has open circuited harness or is
damaged:
Check whether the pressure sensor has damaged
or broken harness;
Check if the current value of pressure sensor is
changing normally.

Battery Drain Alarm
Disable Lifting, and Driving
at low speed
Battery Drain Alarm:
Battery level is low, charge the battery.

Shutdown
Disable Lifting and Driving
Battery Drain Shutdown:
Battery enters into sleep mode, and operate the
joystick or press the key on ECU controller to exit
the mode.

ON
Only alarm allowed
Platform Left Turn Switch ON at power-up:
Release all keys, power off and restart the
machine.

Only alarm allowed
Platform Right Turn Switch ON at power-up:
Release all keys, power off and restart the
machine.

Disable Platform Control
Enable button on the joystick is pressed at power-
on or due to the skewed joystick sheath:
Release all keys, power off and restart the
machine.

Joystick Not In Neutral Disable Lifting and Driving
Platform Joystick not in neutral at power-on:
Release the joystick and keep it in the neutral
position, power off and restart the machine.

Right Turn Coil Fault Disable Lifting and Driving
Turntable right turn solenoid valve is short-
circuited or open-circuited:
Check whether the turntable right turn solenoid
valve is short-circuited or open-circuited;
Check the turntable right turn solenoid valve.
E053 Left Turn Coil Fault
Disable Lifting and Driving
Turntable left turn solenoid valve is short-circuited
or open-circuited:
Check whether the turntable left turn solenoid
valve is short-circuited or open-circuited;
Check the turntable left turn solenoid valve.
