7 Initial Start-Up
7.1 Procedure
Before you can commission the inverter, you must check various settings and make any necessary
changes. This section describes the procedure for initial start-up and provides an overview of the steps
that must always be performed in the given sequence.
7.2 Changing the Country Data Set
The inverter is set by default to a specific country data set. You can find the country data set configured
on the inverter in the enclosed supplementary sheet with the default settings. If the configured country
data set does not apply to your country, you will need to change the country data set via a
communication product.
Procedure
1. Check the country data set configuration of
the inverter.

2. If the country data set is not correctly
configured for your country or purpose, set it
to the required country data set

3. Check which configuration of the display
language is set and adjust as necessary.

4. Carry out initial commissioning of the inverter
and start self-test, if required.

Country data set must be correctly configured
If you configure a country data set that is not valid for your country or particular application,
this may cause a plant a disturbance and lead to problems with the network operator.
When selecting the country data set, always observe the locally applicable standards and
directives, as well as the specific plant properties (e.g. plant size, grid-connection point, etc.).
•If you are not sure which country data set is applicable for your country or application,
contact your network operator to clarify the appropriate country data set.
