Resolving image issues
Problem Causes Solution
When the video source is
HDMI, the image and audio are
low quality.
The cable between the HDMI
source and the interactive flat
panel could be loose.
Check all cable connections.
The HDMI cable could be too
long.
Ensure that the length of HDMI
cable doesn’t exceed 23' (7 m).
The image is poor quality
and/or doesn’t fit on the
screen.
The computer's screen
resolution is incorrect.
