In the device manager, under other
devices, look for “unknown device”
with yellow question or exclamation
mark, Right click on it and select
uninstall. Restart the computer to
allow the computer to re-install
drivers. If the drivers are not
automatically installed, contact
SMART Technical support for
further assistance.
Swap the computer with a
different computer from a
known working setup. Does
this resolve the issue?
