What to do if I forgot the password for my SMC Networks Wireless Access Point or it has locked up?

If you've forgotten your password or your SMC Networks Wireless Access Point has locked up, use a pin to push the RELOAD button for over 8 seconds. This button is located on the bottom of the device. The device will then load and restart with the factory default settings.
