Why SMC Networks ZK2 A supply valve does not operate?
    • E
      everettericAug 2, 2025
Several factors may cause the supply valve to not operate. It could be due to a decline in the power supply voltage. In this case, adjust the rated voltage so that the supply voltage for the solenoid valve is within +/-10% of the rated voltage while the simultaneously energized equipment is ON. Another cause could be electrical wire failure, so check the correct connection of the power supply and wiring of plug connectors. The supply pressure exceeding the operating pressure range can also be a factor; adjust the supply pressure appropriate for the specification for each port. Lastly, the entry of oil mist could be the reason; install the mist separator and air filter to the supply air piping for the ejector.

What to do if SMC Networks ZK2 A control failure?
    • D
      david07Aug 7, 2025
If you are experiencing control failure, it could be due to simultaneous energization. In this case, check the control program and wiring. Another possible cause is leakage voltage. Ensure you keep the leakage voltage at 0.48V or less.

How to fix fluctuation of vacuum pressure in SMC Networks Audio & Video Accessories?
    • H
      Holly GarrettAug 11, 2025
If you notice noise generated intermittently when air is exhausted during vacuum absorption and slight vacuum pressure fluctuations, adjust the pressure regulating valve for supply pressure while checking the exhaust noise and vacuum pressure until the noise disappears.

How to prevent clogging in SMC Networks ZK2 A?
    • K
      Kayla KhanAug 20, 2025
To address clogging caused by foreign matter or particles, blow the air piping with air to eliminate particles. It is recommended installing the mist separator and air filter for cleaner supply air and performing regular maintenance for mist separator and filter.
