Battery Type Selection
This function will allow user to configure the battery discharge thresholds for the type of battery used.
1. From Settings menu, use UP /DOWN buttons to highlight BATTERY TYPE selection then press
ENTER button.
2. BATTERY TYPE screen is displayed.
3. Use UP /DOWN buttons to select the type of battery being used.
4. Press ENTER button to accept selection and exit to Settings menu.
Note: Wrench is configured for Lithium battery shipped from factory. If Lithium battery is replaced
with Alkaline or rechargeable Nickel-Metal Hydride (NIMH), battery type should be changed so
battery level icon and LOW battery warnings function optimally. Battery life (REPLACE) will not
be impacted, however 50% and Low will be optimized to show most accurate linear discharge
time.
