INSTALLATION
CLIMATIC ENVIRONMENT
For optimum operation this device
should be used within a temperature
range of -5° C up to 45° C with a
maximum relative humidity of 85%.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid damage to the device please
ensure the following points are res-
pected before connecting:
• enclosure indications,
• 50 or 60Hz frequency,

CONNECTING AUXILIARY SUPPLY
TheCi should be mounted on an EN 50022 DIN rail (DIN 43880).
Recommendations:
The device should be installed at least
30 cm from other switching devices.
Avoid installing near equipment liable
to cause electro-magnetic interference
or subjecting the device to vibrations
in excess of 1G with 60Hz frequencies.
NB:
The maximum distance separating
each input from associated devices
will depend an the type of cable and
its diameter. For example, with a
1.5mm
2
cable distances of up to
1000m can be easily reached.
• 230 or 400 V AC voltage +/- 20%
(other voltage requirements available
on request),
• the supply connections for the
ON/OFF inputs
• RS485 connection.
Install 500mA-fuse protection.
