Please reference Fig. 4.
POS. 16 Display for viewing WELDING CURRENT / JOB-LIST codes.
POS. 17 Button for selecting welding cycle: 2-times (2T), 4-times (4T) and Special 4-
times (SPEC 4T), see Par. 8.4.
POS. 18 Button for selecting AlMg1.0, JOB-LIST, MMA, TIG LIFT mode.
AlMg1.0 = MIG mode for aluminum Ø 1.0.
JOB-LIST = Synergic and/or pulsed MIG mode for expert welders for welding
aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel and cored wire.
Select the JOB-LIST codes based on the material to be welded, the type of
gas, the chosen wire diameter and with or without pulsation.
Refer to Par. 8.3 and the table shown inside the spool holder compartment of
the machine.
NOTE: this machine provides the function of double pulsation which
it allows to reduce the heat input to the piece to be welded, reducing
deformations to a minimum and ensuring highly aesthetic welding seams with
finishes comparable to those obtainable with TIG welding.
MMA = Electrode Welding Mode (SMAW).
TIG LIFT = TIG welding mode with lift arc starting.
POS. 19 Knob for ELECTRONIC INDUCTANCE adjustment in MIG / MAG mode.
Consider that the arc narrows and becomes "softer" with a few spatters by
increasing the electronic inductance.
By decreasing the electronic inductance, the arc widens and becomes more
"energetic" with more spatters.
In MMA mode it is used to adjust the ARC FORCE value, see Par. 8.1.
NOTE: press and hold the knob and turn it for faster adjustment.
POS. 20 WELDING CURRENT adjustment knob / selection of JOB-LIST codes.
It is used to adjust the preset welding current.
In JOB-LIST mode it is used to select the JOB-LIST number. See Par. 8.3.
In MMA and TIG LIFT mode it is used to adjust the preset welding current.
NOTE: press and hold the knob and turn it for faster adjustment.
POS. 21 WELDING VOLTAGE adjustment knob.
It is used to adjust the preset welding voltage.
In JOB-LIST mode it is used to select the number of groups of the JOB-
LIST, from 0xx to 9xx. See Par. 8.3.
NOTE: press and hold the knob and turn it for faster adjustment.
