9.1. Questions on the Lighting receiver Variation io?
Observations Possible cause Solution
The light does not react at
all when a button on the
control point is pressed
The mains power supply is faulty. Check the power supply.
The wiring is incorrect. Check the wiring and modify as required.
The batteries in the control point are low.
Replace them with batteries with identical
specications.
The control point is not programmed in the
Lighting receiver Variation io.
Follow the procedure for adding a Somfy io local
control point.
The control point used is not compatible
with the Lighting receiver Variation io.
Check that the control point is an io control point.
Radio interference is impeding operation
of the Somfy io local control point and the
Lighting receiver Variation io.
Turn off any radio appliances operating nearby.
