Handling e-mail messages
To check for new e-mail

Tap > E-mail.

Tap your e-mail account.

Tap Menu > Send/Receive.
To view an attachment

Tap > E-mail.

Tap the e-mail account and folder you want to open.

Tap the e-mail message that contains the attachment you want to view.

Tap the attachment and wait for it to be downloaded and shown on the screen.
To write a new e-mail message

Tap
> E-mail.

Tap the desired e-mail account.

Tap Menu > New.

Enter the e-mail address manually, or tap To: to add an address from Contacts.

Enter the subject.

Tap the text area and enter the message text.

To add an attachment, tap Menu > Insert and select an option.

Tap Send.
To delete an e-mail message

Tap
> Text.

Tap the e-mail account and folder that you want to open.

Scroll to the e-mail message that you want to delete.

Tap Delete.
To reply to an e-mail message

Tap
> E-mail.

Tap the e-mail account and folder you want to open.

Tap the e-mail message you want to reply to.

Tap Menu > Reply/Forward > Reply.

Enter text.

Tap Send.
To forward an e-mail message

Tap
> E-mail.

Tap the e-mail account and folder that you want to open.

Scroll to the e-mail message that you want to forward.

Tap Menu > Reply/Forward > Forward.

Enter the address after To:, or tap To: to select a contact address from Contacts.

Tap Send.
To find an e-mail message

Tap
> E-mail.

Tap the e-mail account and folder that you want to open.

Start entering the first characters of the sender name or message subject that you
want to look for.

If the message you are looking for is in the selected folder, it appears in the filtered
list that is shown on the screen.
Direct push
Direct push technology lets you receive new e-mail messages in your phone as soon as
they arrive in your Inbox on the Microsoft® Exchange Server. This feature also works for
items such as contacts, calendar appointments and tasks.
