The
optional
DABK-3101
memory
board
allows
you
to
store
and
monitor
track
data
for
very
accurate
cueing
operations.
The
memory
board
uses
a
built-in
IC
memory
to
stores
track
data
before
and
after
a
specified
point
on
a
track.
By
turning
the
JOG
dial,
you
can
output
and
monitor
this
data
on
headphones.
This
process
is
called
the
memory
jog
function.
After
the
desired
point
is
determined,
five
seconds
of
track
data
starting
from
that
point
are
stored
to
memory.
This
data
can
then
be
instantly
recalled
and
output
to
initiate
disc
output,
eliminating
the
time
gap
that
normally
occurs
between
key
activation
and
disc
output.
This
process
is
called
the
memory
start
function.

Press
the
JOG
key.
When
the
JOG
key
is
pressed,
the
player
stores
2.5
seconds
track
data
before
and
after
the
current
point.
The
JOG
key
flashes
for
about
five
seconds,
then
lights
when
the
track
data
have
been
stored.

Turn
the
JOG
dial
to
monitor
the
track
data
stored
in
the
memory.
If
the
cue
point
is
far
from
the
beginning
of
the
current
track,
press
the
PLAY
key
first
to
activate
monitor
playback,
then
press
the
JOG
key
when
you
come
to
the
cue
point
part.
