Record a disc.
1Select and pause the sound source to
be recorded.
2Make sure that the x indication
appears in the display window.
3While the recorder is stopped, press
the jog dial (N/ENT) while pressing
REC(+N)/T MARK.
“REC” lights up and recording starts.
4Play the source you want to record.
If you insert a previously recorded disc,
the recording starts after the existing
contents.
Track marks are automatically added at
the same point as the sound source, and
the contents are recorded together as a
group.

Press X again to resume recording.
Remove the disc Press x and open the lid. (The lid does not open while
“SYSTEM FILE WRITING” is displayed.)

A track mark is added at the point where you press X again to resume recording while pausing; thus
the remainder of the track will be counted as a new track.
