1G. Gas Valve Train
Gas Piping
The gas supply pipe size may vary, depending on the supply conditions. That is, if the gas supply pipe is long, the pipe size shall be large to
reduce the gas pressure loss caused by the pipe. Therefore, the shorter the gas supply piping, the better. In general, the gas supply pipe shall
be one size larger than the burner's gas valve train pipe.
In case of welding, you need to clean it before connection so that welding debris does not remain in the pipe to prevent damage to the
governor and pressure shutoff valve.

Leakage Check
Be sure to check not only the piping to the gas manual shutoff valve, but also any leaks thereafter. Close the manual shutoff valve, keep the
pressure constant in the pipe, and check the suspected area with soapy water.
Gastight Test
Connect the governor, gas filter, manual shutoff valve, etc., close the safety shutoff valve and the manual shutoff valve, maintain the airtight
test pressure (1.5 times the normal pressure), and check the pressure drop.
This is conducted before the shipment, so it is not necessary to do it on site. However, leakage may occur by shock during transportation
and installation, so conduct it if necessary
.
