Notes:
 If Use CC for Remote Tap Tempo is enabled, then a corresponding CC number must be
selected in the Tap Tempo CC control.
 The Expression Calibrate Min and Expression Calibrate Max values range from 0 to 1023 and
represent the actual voltage detected on the passive expression pedal. It is usually best to set
these values automatically using the Expression Pedal Calibration in the Global Edit menu on
the hardware while plugging in an expression pedal to the Soleman.
