4 General Information
4.1 Introduction
This manual is about the use and maintenance of ATFS-DRIVE computerized automatic transmission washer
station, and is intended to provide a guide to the use of the machine and its periodic maintenance.
Reading this manual carefully is essential for the correct operation of this machine.
The machine is equipped with protection devices designed to prevent injury to the operator.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for improper use of the machine and for the exclusion, by the user, of
these safety devices.
The manual is part of the machine and should remain with it even in the event of sale.
The machine can be identified by a label indicating the model, year of manufacture
and serial number. The label is positioned on one side of the station (Fig, 1).
4.2 Preparation of the Station
Before operating the station please ensure that the mains voltage is as indicated on the
rating plate near the outlet
IMPORTANT
THE STATION MUST BE CONNECTED TO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET PROTECTED FOR INDIRECT CONTACT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS IN FORCE IN THE COUNTRY OF USE
ATTENTION
DO NOT POLLUTE THE ENVIRONMENT WITH LUBRICANT BUT DISPOSE OF IT AS SPECIAL WASTE AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS IN FORCE.

DO NOT POLLUTE THE ENVIRONMENT WITH THE FILTER BUT DISPOSE OF IT AS HAZARDOUS WASTE
ACCORDING TO THE RULES IN FORCE.
