16 Maintenance
The maintenance of the station requires the cleaning of the external filter.
When an oil quantity equal to 60lt has been recovered the station will inform the user about the necessity to make
the maintenance.
In this case, unplug the station from the electricity grid. Check that the Pressure and Return piping are
disconnected from the vehicle. Disassemble the external filter and check the internal net, if there are any deposits
you will need to clean it. Make sure that there are no losses on hoses or connections. Do not perform any operation
which is not explained in this manual.
17 Information on residual risks
Residual risks that still remain, despite protective measures incorporated in the design of the machine
and despite protections and complementary protective measures adopted, are:
1) MACHINE OVERTURNING
If the operator fails to meet the obligation, prescribed in the manual, to accompany the machine during its
movements and brake it during use, he can suffer crushing injuries due to the machine tipping over.
2) DIRECT CONTACT WITH LIVE PARTS
If the operator fails to meet the obligation, prescribed in the manual, to switch off the power supply before
accessing the inside of the machine, he can suffer injuries due to direct contact with live parts.
3) INDIRECT CONTACT
If the machine is connected to an electrical outlet which is not protected from indirect contacts in accordance
with the standards in the country of use, as prescribed in the manual, those who come in contact with live
parts by indirect contact can suffer injury.
