9. «Motor Rotation» fault
It is likely that there is a micro cut on the safety chain; most of the time the lock of the doors are opening while a car
movement:
Check the landing doors lock.
10. « Contactor check » fault
While all contactors are released , the « CC (D42) » LED is off(on the lower right part of the 220SP board t.
How it works :
- While all contactors are released , the « CC (D42) » LED is off
- While at least one contactor is activated, the « CC (D42) » LED is lit on.
11. Replacing one of the electronic board
When you have just changed one of the board connected on the CAN car bus (211SP, 230SP boards) or on the CAN
landing bus (228SP, 137SP boards) :
Start the boards programming process (see §15.8 )
12. BRF fault (from the inverter)
Brake control fault detected :
- Check the brake’s contacts wiring
- Increase the brake opening time on startup (see §13.3)
- Increase the brake closing time on stop (see §13.5)
Remember to remove the protection of settings in the « FREQ. INVERTER » menu:
Remove the VVVF parameter’s protection
13. CFI fault (from the inverter)
The inverter’s parameters set is not valid : you’ve just changed a parameter that lead to this fault. Switch back the
latest inverter parameter to the previous value.
