How to check a brake releasing fault :
This test helps to check a brake releasing fault on stop.
With it you can check :
the fault detection redundancy by controller and inverter.
the lift is in the out of order maintained state (the faults shall be deleted).
Test conditions : Lift is available on a floor
Go to Assistance Menu :

Set «YES » to run the test of brakes
If all conditions in are not fulfilled
Otherwise
The car is moving to the next floor and just before to
stop, the status of brakes contacts are ignored.
The 2 brakes faults (VVVF + controller) have been detected
Check in diagnosis menu :
+
+
Detected by the controller
Detected by the VVVF inverter
The record order of these 2 faults may vary, depending on the Brake engage time, set in the frq. inverter
menu.
Only one or none fault have been detected
-Check the configuration of the contact type of the brakes (Annex 1 §8)
-Check the brakes opening and releasing temporizations 13.3 et §13.5)
