2. End limit switch tests
With theese tests, you can check :
- the actual opening of the safety chain on an end-limit switch.
- the fault memorizing (even on a power failure)
- the need of a technician intervention(delete the faults) to get the lift back in use.
Test of the upper end-limit switch : while in use, make a call to the highest level .
Test of the lower end-limit switch : while in use, make a call to the lowest level.
Go into the assistance menu :

Choose the end-limit switch to test
The lift moves in low speed to the end-limit switch.
Then the lift is out of order, go to the diagnosis menu :

In emergency operation, bring the car back to the floor : the lift is still out of
order.
Delete the faults
…
Switch back to the first screen : … and after 5 seconds
The lift is available.
