4. Skidding’s test
This test moves the car in low speed, while discarding all the position’s informations from
the shaft reader. Once the skidding temporization has run,(in «HOIST » menu , 5s max for
a K04SP, 20s max for a flag reader), the fault is detected and recorded.
With this test you can check :
- the fault memorizing (even on a power failure)
- the need of a technician intervention(delete the faults) to get the lift back in use.
Test conditions : Lift available at the highest or lowest.
Go into the assistance menu :

Choose « YES » to runnthe skidding test.
If all conditions in are not fulfilled:

+ = skidding temporization
Skidding fault has been detected
the test ends automatically
The lift is now out of order.
