6. Electrical Resistance measurement according to chap. 6.2.3.c of EN81-20
Tests have to be done with a test volatge of 500Vdc. Do not apply a higher voltage.
During these tests, PPE must be worn
Tests conditions : Lift is operationnal with doors closed
For all following tests, the electrical isolation is correct if the measured resistance value is ≥ 500kΩ
_ Disconnect the Power Circuit switch.
_ Disconnect the Car Lighting Circuit differential switch
_ Disconnect the Shaft Lighting Circuit differential switch
_ Circuit breakers downstream to the differential switches are activated.
Check for absence of voltage of the above mentioned switches before proceed with measurements
Check of power and lighting circuits
_ Short-circuit L1, L2, L3 terminals on the output of power circuit switch
_ Short-circuit N, P terminals on the output of Car Lighting Circuit differential switch
_ Short-circuit N, P terminals on the output of SHAFT Lighting Circuit differential switch.
Perform isolation test between shortcircuited outputs of the switches and ground.
Check of safety chain
_ 220SP Board, unplug CN3-I, cf. fig.1
_ 212SP Board, if existing, suppress diod D1 cf. fig. 2
_ 210SP Board, on car roof, unplug CB8, CB10 and CN4, cf. fig. 3
Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3
Perform isolation test, between ground and CHS, AU, VER signals from the CN3-I connector unplugged from
220SP board..
On car roof, perform isolation test between ground and CB8, CB10 connectors unplugged from 210SP board.
No measurement directly on the boards, risk of damage of electronical equipments.
Check of brake, motor and door operator circuits.
On terminals in the cabinet, perform isolation test between ground and FR+, FR-.
On terminals in the cabinet, perform isolation test between ground and U,V,W.
On terminals in the cabinet, perform isolation test between ground and 220F.
