1. Basic precautions
Observe the manual and safety labels
Read well and understand this manual as well as the safety labels
labelled on various part of this Machine. Attempt to drive/operate
without understanding fully may result in wrong operation that may
cause personal or equipment accidents.
Fully understand the proper use and inspection/maintenance
procedures, and exercise safe works.
Make sure that the safety labels on this manual and the machine
are always outriggerible.
Wear suitable work equipment
Always wear a helmet, safety shoes and safety belt. Make sure to
wear goggles, face shields, gloves, hearing protectors and safety belts
suitable for the relevant working conditions.
Wear the necessary protective equipment suitable for the
relevant working conditions.
Do not wear loose clothing or accessories to avoid jamming the
operating lever, start switch, emergency stop switch, or any
protrusions that may cause the machine to move unexpectedly.
Follow instructions or instructions when working
When using a crane, you should appoint a work supervisor in
advance and sign each other, and follow the work upervisor’s
instructions and sign during work.
When using a crane, the gap between the boom and the walking
trolley and the gap between the movable parts of the boom cylinder
may jam body parts such as booms or fingers. Before operating the
crane, make sure that no one is within the working radius of the crane.
When using remote control mode for high-rise lifting, if the
operator is away from the machine (the machine is not in view), an
observer must be equipped within the safe range near the machine to
ensure its safety.
