Things to note when walking
Things to note when walking
1. When walking, put away the hooks and outriggers, and
ensure safety around.
2. When retracting the outriggers, fully insert each positioning
pin to lock it.
3. Driving over boulders or tree stumps will not only cause the
machine to overturn, but also impact the machine, especially around
the crawler, causing damage to the machine.
4. Don't suddenly speed, move suddenly, stop suddenly, change
direction suddenly. This may cause the machine to lose its balance and
damage the machine.
5. Sound the horn before walking to remind people nearby.
6. Driving on uneven ground, as slow as possible to prevent
tipping.
7. Avoid crossing obstacles as much as possible. When you have
to cross obstacles, walk as slowly as possible.
8. When driving in the water or crossing shallow water, check
the ground conditions, depth and water speed in advance to ensure
that it does not exceed the allowable water depth and is not higher
than the center of the crawler drive wheel (1).
9. Before crossing a bridge or building belonging to private
property, check the capacity of the machine. If it is an expressway,
please consult the applicable road administration and follow the advice
given.
10. Do not drive while hoisting a load.
Matters needing attention when going up and down
1 . There is a danger of overturning on slopes with an inclination
of 12°. Do not drive on these slopes.
2. Do not change direction on the slope or drive parallel to the
slope.
3. When going downhill, operate the throttle stick and walking
handle to reduce the driving speed as much as possible.
4. If the engine stops on a slope, release the walking handle
back to the "neutral" position, and then restart the engine.
