Pump Assembly - Pin
Impeller Design
Items required to work on a C-Series Pin Impeller Design Pump:
NOTE: If not installing or replacing a motor, skip to step 3.
1. Place the motor adapter onto the motor face. Mount the
ad
apter so that the threaded hole for the water cascade
(arrow) faces up.
2. Install and tighten the motor adapter retaining bolts.
3. Install the key in the motor shaft.
4. Place the stub shaft assembly onto the motor shaft. Do not
tighten the shaft setscrews.
• Mallet
• Allen Wrench (Seal Carrier)
• Allen Wrench (Shaft)
• Wrench (Motor Adapter)
• 0,060 inch shims
• Anti-seize compound
