Pump Assembly - Sealed
Impeller Design
Items required to work on a C-Series Sealed Impeller Pump:
1. Lay out the sealed impeller components.
NOTE: C-2
14 shown. C-218 and C-328 impellers have 4
blades.
NOTE: If not installing
or replacing a motor, skip to step 4.
2. Place the motor adapter onto the motor face. Mount the
ad
apter so that the threaded hole for the water cascade
(arrow) faces up.
3. Install and tighten the motor adapter retaining bolts.

Note: the impeller is not part
of the kit.
• Mallet
• Allen Wrench (Seal Carrier)
• Allen Socket (Shaft Collar)
• Socket (Impeller Nut)
• Wrench (Motor Adapter)
• Torque Wrench
• 0,060 inch shims
• Anti-seize compound
