4. Remove both shaft collar screws.
5. Apply anti-seize to the threads. Reinstall the screws into the
shaft collar, leaving them loose.
6. Slide the shaft collar onto the stub shaft. Line up the slots of
the shaft collar with the slots on the stub shaft.
7. Slide the stub shaft onto the motor shaft.
