Tool does not operate
when trigger switch is
pressed.
1. Screen is not home screen (Counter screen).
Get screen to home scrren. Touch “Back
home” icon to be back home.
2. Screen malfunction, freezing or all white .
Remove battery and reinsert. Press trigger
to turn ON. Or set the tool to default. If not
solve, contact a local service centre.
Insufficient or
excessive fastening
stroke.
1. Inappropriate setting value of fastening
stroke or fastening load
Please use appropriate setting value
2. Malfunction of control part.
Set up to factory default condition. If it does
not return,contact a local service centre.
3. Setting file is malfunction.

Select the value setting method correctly.
Tool does not count
correctly (does not
count or counts even if
it does not set nut).
1. Fastening force is too low.
Reset stroke and force.
For aluminum M3 at extremely low force, it
cannot count in some cases.
2. Battery is not fully charge.
Check battery charge level and charge
battery if low.
3. Battery is malfunction.
4. Setting files are malfunction.
Restore to factory setting.
