(7) Need for a Tension Bar According to Thickness of Paper Used
A tension bar is not necessary, depending on the thickness of the paper you use.
• For 65 µm ≤
Paper Thickness < 100 µm: Tension bar required
• For 100 µm ≤
Paper Thickness ≤ 150 µm: Tension bar not required; should be removed.
(8) Position of the Head Lever According to Thickness of Paper Used
Change the position of the head lever according to the thickness of the paper you use.
• For 65 µm ≤
Paper Thickness ≤ 105 µm: Normal Position
• For 105 µm < Paper Thickness ≤
150 µm: Position According to Paper Thickness
(9) Pre-printing Range on the Backside of Paper
To perform a pre-print to the back side of the paper, the following specifications must be met.
