Installation
For M-1 gimbals, replace BOTH covers with
the supplied threaded cap adapters using the
same pins on the blue whale wrench.
Leave the trunnion screws in place.
For M-2 and upgraded gimbals, install one
thread adapter ONLY on the side of the gimbal
where you will mount the motor assembly.
Right side shown here. If mounting Volt on the
left, thread the adapter to that side.
Leave the trunnion screws in place.
M-1 gimbals use a 1/8” Allen wrench to remove
the small button screw and Belleville washer of
the gimbal trunnion from the PULLEY side.
We will be re-using the washer, but set aside
the screw.
