1. The present warranty is operational with a proper warranty certificate - correct and precise the vehicle category T3b
nomination, its frame and engine serial number, purchase date as well as the vendor signature and seal and the purchaser signature.
2. The vehicle warranty repair is carried out only within the warranty period, indicated in the warranty certificate, provided that the presales
preparation was carried out in full.
3. In case of detecting the vehicle faults the purchaseк has to stop operating it immediately, taking all the precautions to exclude or reduce to the
minimum the additional damage caused by the fault.
4. The warranty obligations do not cover:
4.1 Consumables:
4.1.1. Chips, dents, abrasive wear.
4.1.2. The head lamps optics damage, glass sweating.
4.1.3. Electric bulbs, excluding LED optics.
4.1.4. Accumulator batteries on used vehicles.
4.1.5. Safety cut-outs.
4.1.6. Tyres, inner tubes.
4.1.7. Plastic elements (units) on used vehicles.
4.1.8. Filters (filter cartridges) oil, fuel, air.
4.1.9. Spark plugs.
4.1.10. Brake pads and disks.
4.1.11. Variable transmission belts.
4.1.12. Variable transmission weights (rolls).
4.1.13. Control wire cables.
4.1.14. Rear view mirrors on used vehicles.
4.1.15. Shock insulators, ball sockets, hub and steering shaft bearings, lever and cam bushing, steering rod end, driveshafts,
CVDs on the vehicles after 12 months of operation, without operational km limitation.
4.1.16. Process fluids.
4.1.17. Hoses, junction pipes.
4.1.18. Industrial rubber goods, subject to natural wear (silent-blocks, cushions, linings, seat covers).
4.1.19. The outer appearance change due to the environmental impact.
4.1.20. Faint foreign sounds, noise, vibration, which does not affect the vehicle specifications and operability.
4.1.21. Oil stains near the grease retainers and sealing which does not affect the oil consumption.
4.1.22. The harm caused by incomplete or improper maintenance (for example, disregard to the daily an regular inspection,
non-observance of the scheduled maintenance or a significant operational km excess between the scheduled
maintenance operations).
4.1.23. The vehicle damage as a result of a car accident, negligence, neglect to the vehicle, using it in races, rally, etc.
