4.1.24. Driving the vehicle with the operation material shortage (for example, the brake fluid or cooling agent, oil or grease)
because of the late detection of a leakage or increased consumption, or an insufficient control over the instrument readings
(including the engine overheating), or as a result of using non-recommended operation materials or low quality fuel.
4.2 . Adjustment operations:
4.2.1. Valve gaps adjustment.
4.2.2. Wheels balancing.
4.2.3. Steering operation adjustment.
4.2.4. Braking system bleeding.
4.2.5. Lighting devices adjustment.
4.2.6. Transmission gear box drive adjustment.
4.2.7. Parking brake adjustment.
4.2.8. Suspension fluid adjustment.
4.3. Consequences of using low quality fuel, oil, consumables.
4.4. Components and assemblies normal wear.
4.5. Natural disasters and other natural phenomena, storing the vehicle in the inappropriate conditions, water penetrating the
assemblies and machines, “emulsion operation”, etc.
4.6. Regular maintenance costs
5.
The warranty obligations become null and void when:
5.1. The warranty submission conditions are not fulfilled.
5.2. Breaking the sealing (safety stickers) on assemblies and machines.
5.3. Unauthorized vehicle configuration modification.
5.4. Use of a non-original (non-recommended) additional equipment ans spare parts (without a written Company agreement)
5.5. Violation of the stated maintenance procedure at the dealer’s or in a company authorized by the manufacturer or vendor.
5.6.
The operational km excess between the maintenance operations should be less than 10 % from the interval recommended by the
manufacturer.
5.7.
Safety precaution violation, for example: violation of the run-in procedure, exceeding the maximum-allowable vehicle full weight,
Operation Manual requirements and recommendations;
6. All the scheduled maintenances during the warranty period are paid, provided on a regular basis.
