PRESTART CHECKS
Throttle lever arm
Check the throttle lever performance. It should move
smoothly to open the throttle and, when released,
return to the idle position with a pullback spring. If
the system adjustment is required, contact the repair
workshop.
Tyres
_______________________________
In case of using non-standard tyres, in case of the
incorrect tyre inflation pressure, a loss of control
or an accident may occur. The following tyres
may be used for this vehicle category T3b model.
Do not use other tyres combinations!
● Front wheels tubeless (dimensions):
АТ26 х 9 - 12 or
AT26x9R12 or 230/80-12
АТ27 х 9 - 12 or
AT27x9R12 or 27x9.00R12
● Rear wheels tubeless (dimensions):
АТ26 х 11 - 12 or
AT26x11R12 or
AT26x12R12 or 280/65-12 or
АТ27 х 11 - 12 or
AT27x12R12 or 27x11.00R12
● The following recommended inflation
pressure should be maintained in the tyres:
Front wheels :
35 kPa (0.35 kg/cm²),
5.0 psi
Rear wheels : 35 kPa (0.35 kg/cm²),
5.0 psi
● Check and adjust the inflation pressure only
in cold tyres.
● The inflation pressure in right and left tyre of
the same axle should be equal.
● If the pressure is under the inimum-allowable
value, the tyre may go off the rim during the
vehicle category T3b off the road movement.
Tyre inflation pressure minimum value:
Front wheels:
33 kPa (0.33 kg/cm²),
4.7 psi
Rear wheels: 33 kPa (0.33 kg/cm²),
4.7 psi
● When setting the tyres on the wheel rim do
not inflate them to the following pressure
values:
Front wheels:
69 kPa (0.69 kg/cm²),
9.9 psi
Rear wheels: 69 kPa (0.69 kg/cm²),
9.9 psi
High pressure and fast inflation may cause
the tyre blowing. Inflate the tyre slowly and
carefully, checking regularly its inflation level.

Air pressure measurement
Check the air pressure using a low pressure gauge.
_______________________________
The pressure should be measured twice, and the
second value should be counted. The valve or
pressure gauge contamination may impair the
first measurement.
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
1. Low pressure gauge.
It is recommended to adjust the pressure with a cold
tyre. Bring the tyre pressure to the following standard
values:
Standard Minimum Maximum
35.0 kPa 33.0 kPa 69.0 kPa
Front (0.35 kg/cm²) (0.33 kg/cm²) (0.69 kg/cm²)
5.0 psi 4,7 psi 9,9 psi
35.0 kPa 33.0 kPa 69.0 kPa
Rear (0,35 kg/cm²) (0,33 kg/cm²) (0,69 kg/cm²)
5.0 psi 4.7 psi 9.9 psi
Tyre wear control
It is recommended to change the tyres if the tread
pattern depth reduces to 5 mm or less.
а. Tyre tread pattern depth
Chassis fixture components
Make sure that all the nuts, bolts and screws are
tightened as required.
Lighting devices, switches
Make sure that all the lighting devices and additional
equipment are operating. If necessary, correct the
fault.
