THROTTLE LEVER FREE STROKE
Throttle lever free stroke
The throttle cable f ree stroke should be checked
and, if necessary, adjusted in accordance with the
intervals indicated in the regular maintenance table.
The throttle cable free stroke should be 3 - 5 mm
from the throttle lever part. Regularly check the
throttle lever free stroke and, if necessary, adjust it
as follows:
1. Ease off the locknut.
1. Locknut. 2. Adjustment screw.
а. Throttle lever free stroke.
2. Turn the adjustment bolt till the throttle lever free
stroke reaches 3 - 5 mm.
3. Tighten the locknut.
NOTE:____________________________________
Prior to adjusting the throttle lever free stroke,
check and adjust the engine operation at idle
speed.

Wire cables inspection and lubrication
Prior to every trip check the wire cables functioning
and condition: the wire cables and their tips should
be lubricated, if necessary. If the wire cable is damaged
or does not move smoothly, contact the repair workshop
to check the cable or replace it.
Recommended lubricant: engine oils
10W-40 SF

Check the cables as frequently as possible, and
replace the damaged cables. If the cable housing
is damaged the corrosion likelihood increases.
Besides, the cable may wear out and fail quickly
which may cause steering problems resulting in
a crash or accident.

1. The wheel turning direction mark.
1. Wheel conical nut (4 pcs.).
2. Lower the vehicle on the ground.
3. Tighten the wheel nuts with a special wrench
The wheel nuts tightening torque is 55 Nm
Wheel removal
1. Ease the wheel nuts.
2. Lift the vehicle and set it on a suitable frame support.
1. Wheel nut (4 pcs.).
3. Unscrew the nuts from the wheel and remove the wheel.

The arrow mark on the tyre indicates the wheel
turning direction. The wheels are attached with
conical nuts.

Wheel installation
1. Install the wheel (according to the mark indicating
the turning direction) and the wheel nuts.
