8.1 Introduction ____________________________________
This section describes procedures recommended for the correct handling of the
motorglider on the ground as well as for the servicing of the motorglider. Certain
check-regulations and maintenance-regulations are mentioned. They need to be
observed if the motorglider is to retain the performance and reliability of a new
aircraft.
Additional information is given in the maintenance-manual.
Caution Keep to the lubrication-chart in the maintenance-manual.
Depending on the climatic-conditions and operating-
conditions, preventive maintenance needs to be done. If the
operating-conditions are very unfavorable, the maintenance-
intervals need to be reduced.
