The air-speed limitations and their importance to flight operations are listed

maximum deflection.

(Strong Turbulence)

their maximum deflection.
In strong turbulence the
pilot may not fly faster

Strong turbulence exists
in lee-wave rotors,
thunderstorms and similar
weather conditions.
