The outer-wings should be transported standing on their leading-edges. Use
the method previously described for the inner wing. Make sure each outer-
wing is placed on two large, cushioned areas of contact.
All parts must be secured against shifting and rotation.
Caution: Do NOT strap the aircraft-components down with belts over
control-surfaces, flaps or brackets.
Horizontal Stabilizer:
It is recommended to store the horizontal stabilizer in a molding, standing on
its leading edge or laying down flat.
All molding should be cushioned (use carpet, felt or similar). This protects
the surface and distributes the loads better.
The road-transports is conducted according to the requirements of the transport-
trailer and used truck.
